Everyone is welcome to join St Louis Mindfulness in cultivating silence!

2nd Sunday Schedule
6:00 PM – sitting (vipassana) meditation
6:40 PM – walking meditation
7:00 PM – kindness (metta) meditation
7:15  PM – questions/talk
7:30 PM – finish (transition to CPG by registration)

If You Are New: no need to contact us, just arrive a few minutes early to get oriented. Please bring a meditation pillow if you have one,  a few pillows and chairs are available on a limited basis.  Brief guided meditation instructions will be given but for mindfulness training see below.

Mindfulness Classes: mindfulness is more than a meditation and requires training to achieve it’s benefits and potential.  We encourage you to register for one of our classes.  For a list of classes go to: stlmindfulness.org/classes
