2nd Sunday Schedule
6:00 PM – sitting (vipassana) meditation
6:40 PM – walking meditation
7:00 PM – kindness (metta) meditation
7:15 PM – talk
7:30 PM – finish (transition to discussion group:*CPG by registration, see website)
If you’re new, no need to contact us, just arrive a few minutes early to get oriented. Please bring a meditation pillow if you have one, a few pillows and chairs are available on a limited basis. Guided meditation instructions will be given. It is recommended that new participants take one of our introductory mindfulness classes for information on the context of this practice since the Sunday group is primarily guided silent practice.
