Mindfulness is a specific systematic training that has become increasingly popular due to vast amounts of research verifying it’s benefits in stress reduction, physical & mental health, attention/ apptitude, general wellbeing and more. This 6 weeks core skills course offers an in depth understanding of contemporary mindfulness and it’s practical application in our lives.
