6 Week Contemporary Mindfulness Course

Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm
location: near Ballas & Clayton Rd
cost: $235

This 6 week course offers a condensed yet comprehensive focus of contemporary mindfulness on our busy modern lives. It will include the much researched core mindfulness skills and their evidence based application in stress reduction, mental/emotional regulation, calming attention/focus, equanimity & self nourishing to establish inner wellbeing. This will be a small class and offer personal attention.

Being vs Doing
Habits vs Awareness
Equanimity & Acceptance
Kindness through Adversity
Establishing Nourishing Habits
