SLM continues to meet every 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month.
2nd Sundays: mindfulness practice with Elizabeth
4th Sundays: peer led *metta practice (NEW!)
Metta means kindness and supports the Path of Mindfulness.
This group will include reading the metta sutra (or other),
guided metta practice and dialogue on personal daily metta.
Group participant are encouraged to share leadership responsibilities.
