The Noble 8-Fold Path was the Buddhas prescription for true happiness, which is innate in each of us and not a result of external conditions. There are 3 aspects of the Path of Mindfulness: mental training, behavior and wisdom. Many people are somewhat familiar with the mental training aspect but it is incomplete without cultivating the other areas of the Path, and each area is dependent on the others to deepen and mature.
This group includes a period of sitting and/or walking meditation and teachings from the 8 Fold Path. It is open to everyone but this is not an introductory class. Class content will build sequentially.
